Schedule reminders
Everyone on the schedule gets a notification on their phone, starting the number of days below before their service, until they tap I'm OK with this. If they have the app open, it also shows inside the app.
Meeting reminders
For meetings posted in Announcements. Everyone invited gets these on their phone unless they tapped Can't attend. Times are Philippine time.
⚠ Save is greyed out because the server hasn't picked up this update yet. Restart syapps-song in Portainer once, then reopen this window.

Who gets reminders
Each person turns reminders on from their own phone: sign in there, tap the person icon → Notifications → Turn on reminders and allow notifications. Send test can only reach phones that have done this.
Backup
A backup saves the whole app: songs, users, schedule, song lists, settings, history, plus the uploaded music sheets, slide decks, slides and fonts. It goes into the backups folder of the app on the NAS. Videos and the Bible audio are not included (they are large copies of files you already have).

Sign-in is checked by the server. Every screen, projector and phone remote needs a password; nothing else to set here.

Assignments
Untick a service you don't have. It disappears from the Schedule, the Dashboard, the Users ticks and the songs (its music sheets are hidden). Nothing is deleted — tick it again to bring it back.
Press + Add assignment to add a service date, then fill Worship Leader, Backup, the instrument lines, Projectorist, Online Streaming and Sound (two soundmen) with + Add name (or drag a name in from the list). A Worship Leader can submit a song list only for the week they lead, and everyone sees their own assignments on My Schedule.
In each + Add name list, the fairest choice is first and marked ★. The number is how many dates the person is on, counting the last 3 months and everything already planned. People who are away that day are greyed out; anyone already on that day or the other day of the weekend is marked.
